Who runs the competitions?

Most of the competitions on the website are run by other businesses. Only occasional competitions will be managed by us. If this is the case it will be clearly stated.

When will the winner be selected for the competitions?

You can usually find the close date for the competitions listed on the competition websites linked from this page. As we don’t directly run the competitions we have no role in deciding when competitions finish or how winners are selected.

What’s the secret to winning more online competitions?

Persistence is key. We’re making it as entertaining and easy as possible to enter competitions so you can enter more and have fun doing it. Set a daily goal for entries and try to stick to it.

How often do you update competitions?

Competitions are updated daily. Be the first to know when they go live by subscribing to notifications.

  1. Registration of a CompetitionCloud.com.au account is considered acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  2. These terms and conditions do not supersede other terms and conditions accepted as part of the account registration process.
  3. To gain entry into the competition draw participants must register an account on CompetitionCloud.com.au and earn a minimum of 100 points.
  4. Participants gain an additional entry into the prize draw per every 100 points they earn.
  5. The competition closes at the end of each month, with prize draws taking place before the 10th of the following month.
  6. The winning entry is selected at random using random number generation.
  7. At our sole discretion we may offer either the original prize promoted or a pre-paid debit card of equal value.
  8. The winner will be notified by email and must claim their winnings within 3 months.
  9. Where a participants fails to claim their winnings, winnings will be held for a period of no longer than 3 months.
  10. Only one CompetitionCloud.com.au account is permitted per person. Where participants are found to have multiple accounts those participants may be disqualified from entry.
  11. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.

If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.

The Promoter collects personal information (“PI“) in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities.
