- Evidence is provided in the form of a video screen capture that clearly demonstrates the issue preventing usage.
- The make, model, and browser version of the device used to access the app are provided via email.
- The issue cannot be corrected by our technical team within 7 days of the issue being reported.
No refunds will be issued for change of mind, hardship, error, or any other reason except as required by Australian law.

Our team will review your request and determine if a refund is warranted within 7 days. Please note that all refund decisions are final.
